Device

The Device Management section in the back-office platform allows for the administration and monitoring of all Retail Media Kit devices.

Section Overview:

• Device List: Displays all connected and registered devices.

• Main Columns:

  • ID: Unique device identifier.

  • Name: Device name.

  • Group Name: The group to which the device belongs.

  • City / Location: Geographical location of the device (if configured).

  • Last Seen: The last time the device was online and connected to the platform.

  • Content Status: The status of the content being displayed by the device.

Icons & Alerts:

• 🔺 Red alert icon in the "Last Seen" column indicates that the device has been offline for an extended period.

• ⚙️ Gear icon on the right provides access to device settings.

Available Actions:

• Add a new device using the "Add Device" button.

• Search and filter devices by group or other parameters.

• Customize columns to display additional details.
